In September 2014, Veolia signed a contract with COSMO AM&T to operate its boiler facility and to supply steam for a period of 15 years. The collaboration is an AOT (Acquire–Operate–Transfer) project in which Veolia would be handling the O&M of the boiler and auxiliary facilities to supply steam to end users.
The client, COSMO AM&T, is a chemical manufacturer which develops and produces IT-related materials such as secondary cathode material, color toner, MLCC release film, and etc.
